A founding partner of Starker Services, Inc in 1986, Rochelle Stone has been active in the 1031 exchange industry for over 20 years.  She is a nationally recognized speaker, teaching exchanging and investing techniques to investment and professional groups.  With a back ground in commercial real estate and investment, Rochelle is the author of Real Estate Exchange, (Probus publishing), and numerous articles including Commercial Property Guide and National Real Estate Investor.  She has a CES designation, a designation earned by less than 300 professionals.
